These terms apply to the Aroma Sense Membership ("Membership"), sold at aromasense.sg. By buying a Membership you agree to them.
1. The Membership
- Membership costs S$20 (one-time fee) and is valid for 12 months from the date we activate it.
- The Membership is digital. We email you a digital membership card and your member codes, and no physical card is issued.
- Membership is personal to the account holder. It cannot be transferred, shared or resold, and it covers one account only.
2. Member benefits
- 15% off your order with your member code MEMBER15, applied at checkout.
- Free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend, with your member code MEMBERSHIP.
- Early access to selected new products, announced by email or on our website.
3. How to activate and use your Membership
- After you buy, we activate your account and email you your member codes within 1 working day.
- Log in to the same account you used to buy the Membership, then enter the codes at checkout. The codes only work for logged-in members.
- The 15% discount applies to products on aromasense.sg. It does not apply to the Membership fee, gift cards, shipping or taxes.
4. Using the discount with other offers
- The member discount cannot be combined with other order discount codes, including THANKYOU10. Where more than one offer could apply, the offer that gives you the better saving applies.
- Bundle deals and multi-buy offers shown on our website cannot be combined with the member discount. You receive whichever gives you the better saving.
- Free delivery applies to delivery within Singapore.
5. Payment and refunds
- The Membership fee is non-refundable once your Membership is activated, except where required by law.
- If you were charged but did not receive your codes, contact us and we will fix it.
6. Expiry and renewal
- Your Membership ends 12 months after activation. Codes stop working after that date.
- We will remind you before it ends. You can renew by buying the Membership again at the price then offered.
7. Fair use
- Member codes are for your own use. If we find that codes have been shared, resold or misused, we may cancel the Membership without refund.
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale or that abuse the benefits.
8. Changes
- We may change the benefits or these terms. Changes do not reduce the benefits already purchased for your current 12-month term, and we will give notice on this page or by email.
- We may end the Membership programme with at least 30 days' notice. If we do so before your term ends, we will refund the unused part of your fee.
9. Privacy
We use your details only to run your account and orders, as described in our Privacy Policy.
