Soft and delicate, apricot kernel oil is similar in feel to sweet almond but even lighter. It suits sensitive and mature skin alike and makes a gentle, elegant base for massage and body blends.

How to use

• On its own: warm a few drops between your palms and smooth over skin or hair.
• With essential oils: for an everyday body oil, add 12 drops of essential oil to 30 ml of apricot kernel oil (2%). For the face, use 3 to 6 drops per 30 ml (0.5 to 1%).
• Tip: A lovely choice for a calming evening massage blended with lavender.
