Rich, green-tinted and deeply nourishing, avocado oil is a wonderful choice for dry and mature skin. It adds a luxurious, cushioning feel to body and massage blends.

How to use

• On its own: warm a few drops between your palms and smooth over skin or hair.
• With essential oils: for an everyday body oil, add 12 drops of essential oil to 30 ml of avocado oil (2%). For the face, use 3 to 6 drops per 30 ml (0.5 to 1%).
• Tip: Blend 1 part avocado with 3 parts grapeseed or jojoba for a lighter feel.
